The DLA-20 functional assessment fulfills the Maryland Medicaid requirement for a core standardized assessment tool. This training session or an equivalent training session delivered by a credentialed trainer approved by MTM Services is a requirement for all Maryland-based provider agency staff who perform assessments on adults who receive MTS, ACT, PRP, or RRP services within the Public Behavioral Health System (PBHS)
